4 Tips to Create Flow
Jun 30, 2021We have flow in mind that happens ideas of creative solutions of different things that we need to take action. A lot of times people don't feel this flow and they don't do anything. They wait as they're not feeling the flow. So you don't need to wait, you can actually create it. As, just not waiting for the flow or motivation or inspiration to happen but to create it. Flow is basically your states of emotion. When you're frustrated, angry, annoyed, have anxiety, that is going to stop your flow as well as your creativity and ideas. So you have to change your state, or create the flow.
Here are four things that help you to create flow:-
1) Thoughts
Your thoughts are like your future, but in seed form. So if you are thinking some negative thoughts, you're stopping the flow. So you have to focus for best possible solutions for the problem and get yourself in a better state, eventually have better ideas, better solutions for that problem.
2) Speech
Your words become your world. When you say something, you're either empowering, a good flow, or a good state, or you're dis-empowering a good flow or a good state because of the power of your words. We need to say those words that helps to generate a flow state.
3) Body Movements
This generates emotion and the state, if you put your chest and shoulders down, you express yourself just like weak and sad. Through this gesture you actually begin to generate low kind of state / flow. As compare to this if you stand there, like a superhero, chest out, head up, you feel strong and confidence, this generate a high quality energy, self confidence. Another thing that generates high quality flow / state is exercise or motion. Motion, creates emotion. Motion generates a state. So if you go for a run or doing some boxing, some workout, you generate a higher quality motion, which generates a better flow. So the way you move, the way you stand, the way you sit, the way you walk, all of those things are going to determine a type of state that you are creating.
4) Face
Your face generates emotion as well. This is proven if you put a smile on your face, and you hold it for 15 seconds even without any reason, this actually generating real happiness inside. So when you use your facial expressions in a better way, you are in a better emotional state which creates more flow and state in your life.
