Studies have shown that grateful people tend to be happier. This is because they are well resolved with things, moments, and with that, bad feelings such as envy or resentment are no longer part of everyday life.

Grateful people are more likely to take care of their health, to practice physical activities, to seek more well-being and quality of life.
